Energy balls dates cocoa almonds

Energy balls: These energy balls are the trendy snack.

Easy to take away at school, work or sport, they are excellent for boosting your energy, perfect for your health and very easy to perform.

Ingredients (between 10 and 12 balls):

  • 150 gr of raw almonds

  • 250 gr of dates

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Put the almonds in your food processor and mix them until they are roughly chopped.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for a few minutes until everything is smooth.

  3. Take a tablespoon of this mixture and form the balls.

  4. Refrigerate them for 1 hour.
