Guasacaca, avocado sauce
Guasacaca is an avocado sauce from Venezuela. It accompanies meat, poultry, empanadas or arepas.
This sauce is creamier and aerial than Mexican guacamole.
It also serves as a sauce for starters accompanied by plantain chips.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocado
- 3 cloves of garlic
- the juice of 3 or 4 lime or lime
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1/2 bunch of coriander
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Pink salt of the Himalayas
Preparation
- Remove the avocado meat, cut the onion and pepper (peel it if you prefer) and put all the ingredients, except oil and vinegar, in the bowl of your mixer (or blender).
- Mix until you get a creamy and light mixture.
- Add the oil fillet.
- If you want a creamier sauce again, you can add oil and water.
