Cookies, matcha and white chocolate

For lovers of matcha tea, or for those who want to discover, this chocolate chip cookie recipe is greedy and original.

You can adjust the dosage of matcha tea according to your preferences.

Ingredients for about 15 cookies

  • 1/2 cup (125 gr) flour (gluten free)

  • 100 gr of almond powder

  • 1 large whole egg

  • 80 ml maple sugar (or other sugar)

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1 or 2 teaspoons of matcha tea (depending on the desired intensity)

  • 125 ml of coconut oil

  • 100 gr of white chocolate chips

You need two cookie sheets with parchment paper, cling film.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (180 ° C), and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Put the flour, almond powder, and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.

  3. Beat the coconut oil with the sugar, then add the egg and mix.

  4. Stir in the dry ingredients and the matcha tea, and then with a spatula, add the white chocolate chips.

  5. Form small balls with a spoon cookies or ice (about 3 cm in diameter) that you put on the cookie sheets.

  6. Cook between 12 and 14 minutes depending on your oven.

  7. Let cool and arrange them on a rack.


Information:

Matcha tea comes in different varieties. It is produced from the finest green tea leaves grown in plantations with high quality standards. The more bright green it is, the better it is. It is advisable to take organic tea.
