Brownie with pecans

This cake is a chocolate cake in which we introduce nuts (Grenoble) or pecan (pecans).
This version is gluten-free, lactose-free and refined sugar free!
Ingredients
80 gr of rice flour
90 gr of coconut oil (or butter)
170 gr of chocolate 70%
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
3 eggs
125 gr of maple sugar (or the sugar of your choice)
150 gr of pecan nuts (pecans)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 ° F (180 ° C)
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
In a large bowl, or if you have a robot, pour the chocolate, add the sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, cocoa and flour. Mix everything well.
Add the finely chopped pecans, and mix with a marise.
Pour the dough into a square baking pan lined with parchment paper (parchment) and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let cool, turn out and cut into squares.
