Hydration is important and should not be neglected. Here is an immunizing juice recipe that helps you conserve energy.

Most fruits and vegetables are put into the extractor with their skin because it is rich in trace elements and minerals, hence the importance of choosing organic fruits and vegetables.

Ingredients for 1 glass (about 250 ml)

  • 2 green apples

  • 3 raw beets

  • 1 piece of ginger

  • 1 lemon / lime

Peel the lemon, wash the vegetables, and cut into pieces apples and beets. Put them in your juicer or juice extractor.

DRINK AS SOON AS IT'S READY, I usually take it in the morning and then half an hour later have my breakfast.
