Tropical cream: mango and coconut

Tropical cream: mango and coconut

This 100% tropical cream is a perfect option for a balanced dessert with a delicate taste.

In addition, it is refined sugar-free and lactose-free, while being terribly greedy.

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 400 ml of organic coconut cream
  • 400 g fresh mango or thawed
  • zest and juice of a lime / lime
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (to be adapted according to your taste)
  • Important: put the box of coconut cream in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before (or the day before)

Preparation

  1. Peel the mango and cut it into pieces (if you do not use defrosted mango).
  2. In the bowl of your blender, put the coconut cream, the mangos and mix to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
  3. Stop the blender, add the maple syrup, zest and lemon juice, and mix again.
  4. Pour the mixture into verrines or a large bowl.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. At the moment of tasting, you can decorate your verrines with pieces of mango, or grated coconut.

Notes:

Mangoes contain nutrients with many benefits, as well as an abundance of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Vitamin C contained in mango contributes to the production of collagen, and helps keep skin supple and youthful.

If you use fresh mango, make sure they are ripe.
