Banana, oatmeal and chocolate muffins

Ingredients for about 15 muffins
250 grams of whole oat flakes
150 gr of dark chocolate chips
3 ripe and crushed bananas
1/4 cup (80 mL) vegetable oil (or butter)
1/4 cup (80 mL) maple syrup or honey
80 ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable milk (or normal milk)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F) and prepare the muffin pan.
Blend the oatmeal until you get oatmeal.
In the bowl of your robot, put the crushed bananas, maple syrup, eggs, vegetable milk, vegetable oil, and mix everything together.
Add oatmeal, with baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder. Mix.
Add the chocolate nuggets. Mix.
Fill the muffin tray by filling the cassettes at 4/5, and sprinkle the top with oatmeal.
Allow about 15-20 minutes of cooking at 180 ° C (350 ° F) for the muffins.
Note: this type of dough does not rise like muffins made with wheat flour, so it is better to fill the mussels a little more.
